Squash Court Booking Rules

• Members can book online 7 days prior from 6.30 pm when using the touch screen kiosk system on-site at the club and from 7 pm when using the booking system website.
• Members should select their opponent's name to show on the booking sheets.
• Booking Fees
  • Each Member has an account within the booking system and must have credit in order to book a court.
  • You can purchase credit (£10 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged into this website. Your transaction will be processed by Stripe.
  • Booking Fee £2.00 per 40 minutes.
  • There's no booking fee when booking within 20 minutes prior to start time (or after the start time has elapsed).
  • Light meters £3 per 40 mins (£1 = 13 mins 20 secs)
  • Members can share booking fees by using the facility to Transfer Credit -- on the day playing, the system will automatically send an email to invite playing partners/opponents to use this facility to share the booking fees paid by the member who booked the court.
• Guest Fees
  • When playing a guest, members MUST: Select "GUEST £5" as the playing partner/opponent to show on the booking sheet.
  • The system will automatically charge the £5 Guest Fee to your booking system account by adding the Guest Fee to the booking fee already paid.
  • If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the court fee will automatically revert to the normal rate (and your account will be credited). This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing.
  • If you forget to select Guest as the playing partner/opponent before playing, then please be sure to use the facility to "TransferCredit" (£5) to the Guest account on this system.
• Cancellations & Refunds
  • When unable to play, please cancel as soon as possible so others may use the court.
  • Full refund (as booking system credit) when cancelled more than 5 days prior.
  • No refund when cancelled within 5 days prior, unless the court is re-booked -- in this case, the late-cancellation charge is automatically refunded as booking system credit (and no charge will appear on your booking system account).
