Notice of AGM






Dear Member

The Annual Barnsley Squash & Racketball Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 29th November 2018 at 7pm in the Shaw Suite.
The AGM reports on all the Club’s activity over past the year and we would really appreciate it if you were to attend.

The Committee is proud of its efforts and progress since our last AGM. We have made big strides forward on many fronts. As well as our ongoing work to provide top class playing facilities for members, we have added digital/online booking, which has been well received, provided extra coaching opportunities and made some progress towards better schools liaison and youth development. Our teams across the board continue to do well, including our Premier side. Our thanks to our sponsors here.
In addition, we are working on better communications - our new website and enhanced social media activity are already in the mix with more stuff to follow.
This is all against the backdrop of the very sound financial situation that we maintain. Please come along to the AGM and hear more on all this - it’s your club.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "barnsleysquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from barnsleysquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Barnsley Squash Club <barnsleysquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Barnsley Squash Club <barnsleysquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from barnsleysquashclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
