Hi Please read the latest announcement from The Rugby Club

A little late, however we are pleased to inform everyone that the clubhouse is open again. I would be grateful if you could cascade this to your members/customers.
The weekend closure was simply to not compromise our position regarding gaining closure grant aid. We have been in and out of discussions with BMBC today and their position is that they will not order us to close.

In common with all bars we can now only serve alcohol as part of a meal. To help us with this we have decided to serve food (2 courses for a fiver Mon - Sat + Sunday Lunches) seven days a week so that the bar can be kept open for everyone. This represents a significant investment by the club and it would be nice if people could make the effort to respond to our attempt to protect the clubs future. We will attempt to abide by whatever rules are imposed to keep everyone safe and we have been commended by BMBC for our systems that are in place.

Mon – Friday 5.00- 9.00
Sat 12.00 – 9.00
Sunday 12.00-5.00
